1. Read praecipe dated 02.04.2024, heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner, he submitted that in response of the order dated 16.03.2024, to make an averment in para no. 4 of the petition about the heirs of the husband of the deceased as per Section 15(1) (b) read with Section 16 along with Section 8 to 13 of Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Praecipe is allowed.

2. Petitioner to make full and proper amendment about the heirs of the husband of the deceased, as per the provisions of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956, within three weeks from the date of uploading of the order, if petition is pending.
