Sandeep Jinsiwale for the Petitioner. appeared and submits that all requisitions raised under Chapter XXVI of the above stated rules are complied with. However, upon perusal of the website as well as she has requisition raised as per the earlier order (dated 31.01.2025) such as steps for issuance of the notice to the collector vide Rule 396 of BHC Rules, is not appeared to have been complied with. Furthermore, affidavit in respect of translation of the Will, as per directions given by the Hon'ble Court in testament to TP No.1362 of 2023 is not complied with or official translation of the Will is not filed. Hence petitioner to comply these acquisitions.
