Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.
The Petition is moved for dispensing with the office requisition to take steps for inventory of the locker.

The Petitioner has filed an affidavit.

The Petitioner affirms that the Petitioner is the son of the deceased. Another legal heir Nita Narendra Shah, married daughter of the deceased, has given her consent for grant of Letters of Administration. The deceased had disclosed the contents of the locker with the Petitioner. The locker contain the jewelleries and silver utensils. The locker does not contain the Will of the deceased.

In view of the averments in the Petition, the office requisition to take steps to have inventory of the locker, the particulars of which are furnished at Sr. No.2 of the Schedule of Assets, stands dispensed with.
