Advocate for the petitioner submits that she will seek instructions from the petitioner as the petitioner belongs to which community under muslim law so that she can specify the share of the legal heirs as per the provision of Mohammdian law applicable to that community. Advocate for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to carry out correction into the petition and reverification may be dispensed with. The said request is accepted. Advocate for the petitioner is allowed to carry out correction into the petition within three weeks from today. Advocate for the petitioner submits that she will furnish corrected Administration Bond as well and she will upload the corrected petition as well as Administration Bond.
