1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that he has uploaded corrected administration bond having document no. EDHCBM02478602024.

2. In para no. 4 of the petition, it is stated that "That the Deceased was married to the Petitioner under the provisions of The Special Marriage Act, 1954. That the Deceased was a Parsi and hence is governed by Indian Succession Act, 1925."

3. Hence, as per the provisions of Section 21 of the Special Marriage Act, 1954, certain provisions have been enacted in respect of the Succession of the properties of the parties maried under said Act. Therefore, it will be proper to hear the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner with respect to the Section 19 to 21 (A) of the Special Marriage Act, 1954. Hence, adjourned.
