1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that she will take steps as per the query raised in earlier order. She further submitted that in view of the provisions of the Sec. 21 and 21A of the Special Marriage Act, 1954, the mother can not be legal heir. However, for safer side, her consent has been obtained.

However, deceased's mother's name is mentioned as a legal heirs of the deceased. Hence, the petitioner to take steps. Hence, adjourned. 3.
