1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that in para no. 6 of the order dated 09.05.2024, personal law applicable to the deceased is wrongly mentioned as "Hindu Succession Act, 1956" instead of Indian Succession Act, 1925 and same may be corrected.

2. In para no. 6 of order dated 09.05.2024, personal law applicable to deceased is corrected and read as "Indian Succession Act, 1925" as per record.

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 09.05.2024 will remain unchanged.
