It has been observed that the general notice was issued on 15.3.2024. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 8.5.2024, 3.7.2024. Even the direction was issued on 05.03.2024 till date the Advocate for the petitioner failed to comply the direction issued on 15.3.2024 and failed to remain present. By way of last chance two weeks time is granted as the petitioner should not suffer due to irresponsibility and negligency of the Advocate. Time is granted to issue general notice is extended by two weeks as well as to file Administration Bond is extended by one week from the date of uploading the order.

Advocte for the petitioner to note that if the Advocate for the petitioner will not comply all the necessary direction issued as per order dated 15.3.2024, the matter will be listed under Rule 435 of High Court, Original Side. List the matter on 23.9.024.
