1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that he has received the e-mail form the Testamentary Department and thereby called upon to furnish the administration bond. He submitted that petitioner was the sole legal heir of the deceased and therefore, in view of the Order passed by the Hon'ble Court in TP/2556/2022 and TP/2559/2022, he is not required to furnish the administration bond. Submission is accepted. In para no. 6 of the order dated 26.04.2024 it was mentioned that petitioner has filed the administration bond therefore, that query has been raised. Hence, that order is rectified by replacing words "has filed" by words "is exempted from furnishing". The department is directed to proceed further as per the Rules.
