Advocate for the petitioner submitted that this matter was supposed to be listed today's board as in CIS next date of hearing is mentioned as 03.07.2024 and in order dated 13.06.2024 next date of hearing is mentioned as "31.07.2024". However, same is not listed today. Hence, matter may be taken up.

I called the daily board of 13.06.2024. It appears that the date was written as "03.07.2024" however, it is typed as "31.07.2024" Hence, the said date is required to be corrected and accordingly I have corrected the date as "03.07.2024". However, now the boards for this week are published and therefore the it would be proper to list the petition in the next week. Hence, adjourned.
