Furthermore, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner pointed out that in order dated 10.05.2024 only fact about the deletion of property from the schedule-I of the petition is mentioned. However, there are corrections in description in the properties, mentioned at serial no. 1 and 3, as well as addition of another one property after existing serial no. 2 in schedule-I of the petition, as per the schedule of amendment annexed to the praecipe mentioned in the earlier order. Hence, adjourned.
