Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to comply with the requisitions raised are as under :

1) Upon perusing the corrected petition, it has been observed that the Will which was annexed to the petition of dated 11.01.2017. However, as per para No. 4 of the petition, petitioner states that Will was duly executed at Mumbai on 08.04.2022.

2) To comply with the provisions of Rules 383 and 419 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

3) In Schedule II of the petition foreign assets is included and same should be reflected in Schedule III as per the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

4) To check prayer clause.

5) Properties mentioned in the Will and not shown in the Schedule.

At the request of Ld. Advocate for petitioner, matter is adjourned till 12.11.2024 for compliance of aforesaid requisitions.
