Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the petition has been amended on 11.09.2024 in pursuance of the order dated 02.09.2024 and uploaded on the Portal. Perused the amended petition and CIS. The Ld. Advocate for the petitioner has moved the praecipe dated 03.09.2024 for permission to amend the petition and the said praecipe is listed today. Hence, there is no order for amending the petition. Hence, in this regard the department to submit the report regarding how, the amendment has been approved and certified.

Advocate for the petitioner is seeking permission to amend the petition so as to mention the facts about the heirs of the Husband vide Sec. 15(1)(b) read with Rule-3 of the Sec. 16 along with Sec. 8 to 13, agnates and Cognates as per the Provisions of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed.

As already the amendment is carried out and verified by the petitioner. Hence, same be treated as a compliance of this order. Henceforth, the department to take care while certifying the amendment.
