The petitioner is willing to aver facts about the death of parents of the deceased and to delete the name of Rita Singh, who could not be legal heir of the deceased as per provisions of Hindu Succession Act. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. The petitioner to carry out amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of order, if the petition is pending. 2.After amendment, the petitioner to intimate said Rita Ramendra Singh about deletion of her name and submit the compliance of intimation on oath. Furthermore, the petitioner is permitted to amend share in paragraph no. 5.
