1. It appears from the tile of the petition that deceased was Hindu and she has changed her name to Shilpa Akib Ali. However, petitioner is silent about the fact that the deceased followed her earlier religion as a Hindu, inspite of change in name. This fact is also necessary to determine that which law will apply while entertain the present petition. Hence, it is necessary to hear the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner on this point. Hence, adjourned for short time.
