Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that there is registration certificate of the marriage of the deceased and the petitioner as per provisions of the Special Marriage Act, 1954. Considering this statement and upon perusal of certificate, made available on her mobile, it is necessary to direct the Petitioner to take steps to aver the such facts in the petition.
