1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe and submitted that in order dated 27.03.2025, name of the deceased is written as "Padmakar Sandesh Luman alias P. S. Luman" and same may be corrected as "Sandesh Padmakar Luman alias S. P. Luman".

2. Hence, in order dated 27.03.2025 name of the deceased is corrected and read as "Sandesh Padmakar Luman alias S. P. Luman".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 27.03.2025 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
