Hence, as per the petitioner, this locker is no more existed. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Petitioner to make necessary averment in relevant para of the petition. Petition to be re-verified.

2. Petitioner to carry out an amendment as well as consequential within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Amended petition to be uploaded within 03 days from the date of amendment.
