In response to earlier quarry Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 10.07.204 for deleting the names Vidya, Sulabha and Sanitti. In view of the provisions referred in the praecipe. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the proposed amendment, the re-verification stands dispensed with.
