Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that petitioner has executed the Power of Attorney in favor of the person residing within the local limits of Sambhaji Nagar and authorised him for carrying out an amendment. Therefore, petitioner to ensure that Rule 394 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980 is complied with.

As per the submission of the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner, as on today, the petitioner is out of India. Hence, if petitioner files and additional affidavit confirming the proposed amendment, granted vide an order dated 04.10.2024, reverification is dispensed with. 3.

Time to carry out an amendment is further extended by four weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
