1. It is noticed that in the order dated 07.08.2024, in the last line of para - 2, it is wrongly recorded that the said Will is in language. However, the said Will is in Marathi language. There is no Affidavit filed by the Advocate on record about the translation of the Will, nor official English translation of the said Will is annexed. In view of the same, order dated 07.08.2024 issuing Probate is re-called. Office not to prepare the draft of Probate.
