TP/1615/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Nidhi Dotiya, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rajendra Omprakash Seth being son of deceased. Deceased namely Omprakash Rodaram Seth died intestate at Delhi on 13.02.2001. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased is not annexed to the petition.

2. Details of parents of deceased not stated. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that widow of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Naresh and his wife are since deceased leaving behind one son and one daughter. Deceased was survived by three sons, two daughters and one grandson and one granddaughter. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all the other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.06.2025 and Administration Bond dated 02.06.2025 are filed.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is ready for final grant.
