1. Read praecipe dated 05.12.2024, Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that while preparing the grant, office raised objection about the incomplete schedule-I due to non-mentioning the amount lying in the account of the deceased. By said praecipe, Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner prayed to amend the schedule-I of the petition, as per the description annexed to the praecipe. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner to initial the amendment.
2. Petitioner to carryout amendment as well as consequential amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. After amendment, petitioner to execute the administration bond for the gross amount vide Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980 and to comply the issuance of Notice to Collector.
