Petitioner to state about the legal heirs of the deceased, as per the provisions of the Law, as applicable to the deceased (such as Widow of Narshidas, Husband of Shakuntala, Widow of Satyajit and Chandrakant and Vasant, etc. ).

Petitioner to file official translation of the Will or follow the directions passed by the Hon'ble Court in TP/1263/2023 in respect of translation of the Will.
