Shri. Gill Harbhajan Singh Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner 1.Ld. advocate for the petitioner has moved the praecipe dated 17.07.2025 for reconstruction of the proceeding. According to Ld. advocate for the petitioner, submits that the proceeding is misplaced. Ld. advocate for the petitioner has relied upon the directions of the Hon'ble High Court in TP No. 481 of 2024, on 06.02.2025.

2. Ld. advocate for the petitioner submitted that certified copy of the petition has been issued by the department.

3. Hence, Ld. advocate for the petitioner to submit the praecipe along with the certified copy of the petition to the testamentary Department for reconstructing the proceeding as per the prevailing practice note.

4.Ld. advocate for the petitioner to submit the copies within week from the date of uploading this order.

5.Office to take steps to reconstruct the proceeding as per the prevailing practice note and after reconstructing the proceeding the department to return the said proceeding to Ld. advocate for the petitioner and then Ld. advocate for the petitioner to upload the same under heading "Reconstructed Proceeding."

6. After reconstruction of the proceeding, the petitioner to carry out an amendment as granted vide an order dated 07.07.2025, on same terms a condition, within period of 02 weeks from the date of reconstruction of the proceeding.
