Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

The Petition is circulated before the Court to dispense with the office requisition to justify the share of Sumitra L. Sawant, the mother of the petitioner.

Perused the affidavit of the petitioner to secure the interest of her mother. The petitioner has undertaken to abide by the Will and to give her mother the share as per the disposition in the Will.

In view of the statement in the affidavit and the undertaking of the petitioner, I am satisfied that the office requisition to justify the share of the mother of the petitioner can D.A.ETHAPE
