The said TP No. 2173 of 2024 is for Letters of Administration for the deceased Laxminarain Mishrilalji Parihar, hence, TP 2173 of 2024 is to be removed from board. The TP No. 1344 2024 which is for the deceased VIZ. PARVATI LAXMINARAIN PARIHAR will be listed on 5.8.2024 for compliance.

It is to be noted by order dated 3.5.2024 in TP 2173 of 2024 is mentioned as petition for PARVATI LAXMINARAIN PARIHAR. The correction is carried out in
