Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 30.07.2024 to delete the name of the deceased as she could not be legal heirs of he deceased as per Section 15(1) (a) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, re-verification is dispensed with. Petitioner to inform the person whose name is deleting the petitioner.
