He seeks permission to amend the para no. 4 of the petition to delete the name of the Sainath Dangle, who died as a bachelor on 23.08.2023. Hence, amendment which is sought by para no. 3 of the affidavit is required to be granted. Hence, amendment is granted. In view of the said affidavit of the petitioner, re-verification is dispensed with.
