Petiitoner to file administration bond for gorss amount as per form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 and comply issuance of Noitce to Collector as per Rule 396 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.

Furthermore, petitioner to explain that how Surkeha and Akshay(legal heirs of the Suresh) can be legal heirs of the deceaed, as per the provisions of sec. 08 to 13 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 and take steps as per the law. Hence, adjourned.
