1. Petitioner to take steps to correct the share in the petition. Furthermore, as per the earlier petition, affidavits of Surekha and Akshay have been filed on the record and therefore, the petitioner was directed to inform them about the deletion of their names. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that she has uploaded the affidavit of the clerk about the serving an intimation to these two persons with the amended table in the paragraph No. 4 of the petition. Furthermore, in the consent affidavits of the legal heirs, their share is required to be corrected and therefore the petitioner to correct the same and follow Rule 203 of the Bombay High Court(O.S.) Rules, 1980. Hence, adjourned for steps.

3. Later on, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 22.08.2024 and thereby seeks permission to amend the share of the legal heirs. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. As it is airthmatical facts and due to amendment took place same is required to be corrected. Hence, re-verification is dispensed with. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to initial the amendment.

4. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
