Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is filed by petitioner for Letters of Administration (De-Bonis Non) with Will annexed. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that earlier Testamentary Petition No. 446 of 1949 was granted to the Executor.

Upon perusing the present petition, it appears that copy of the Will is not annexed to the petition. Hence, office to produce the original Will on the adjourned date for perusal.
