1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that as per the order dated 10.05.2024, the then office raised requisitions, which are dispensed with by the Order of the Hon'ble Court, delivered on 23.08.2024.

2. Hence, he submits that requisitions raised by the department are no more in exist and therefore matter may be taken for final order. Hence, matter is adjourned for further order according to law.
