WITH WILL/1008/2024 P.C.: 1. Perused Petition which is filed online. Heard Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner. This Petition is for Probate of Last joint Will and Testament of the deceased filed by the Petitioner Amitabh Nanda Son of Arun Diwan Nanda, being the sole Executor named under the jonit Will of the deceased. Deceased Jyoti Narain Bhojwani alias Jyoti N. Bhojwani said to have died at Mumbai on 12th October, 2021. Copy of Death Certificate is annexed to the Petition. Copy of Passport of the deceased as ID Proof is annexed to the petition.

2. Ms. Jyoti Badgujar, Advocate for the Petitioner submits that deceased left behind her last joint Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 26th September, 2011. The said Will is in English language.

3. Ms. Jyoti Badgujar, Advocate for the Petitioner submits that deceased was governed under the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. It is submitted that the deceased had no daughter she died leaving behind two sons. The husband of the deceased Narain Janardhandas Bhojwani died at Mumbain on 09.10.2014. Exhibit - "E" to the Petition is Photo Copy of the Death Certificate of the husband of the deceased. Save and except as mentioned in ..2/-

para - 9, there are no other legal heirs left by the deceased.

4. Petitioner's Oath is filed. Consent Affidavits of sons of the deceased as mentioned in Para-9 of the Petition are annexed to the Petition. Affidavits of Priya Suresh Eidnani, one of the attesting witness to the Will is filed. Affidavit of service of General Citation is filed. All Affidavits are filed online. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, Petition is granted.
