Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 26.08.2024 and thereby seeks permission to amend the para no. 4 of the petition by making an averment about the legal heirs of the husband of the deceased, including, Class-II legal heirs as well as agnates and cognates of the deceased, as per the provisions of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed in above term. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment re-verification is dispensed with.
