1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 03.03.2025 and submitted that on 24.02.2025 petitioner was permitted to amend the petition and upon filing the affidavit of the petitioner, reverification was dispensed with also petitioner has filed the affidavit confirming the amendment and same is available on the portal. However, in order dated 24.02.2025, dispensation of the re-verification is not written. Hence, same may be corrected.

2. Hence, paragraph No. 01 of Order dated 24.02.2025 is corrected by addition following direction, that - "Upon filing the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 24.02.2025 will remain as it is.
