While dictating the order, it appears that on page no. 9 word "Widow" is added which is not seen in the amended Petition which is filed on 17.03.2025. hence, petitioner to clarify that how this word is added. Hence, if the Godrej died leaving his widow, then leaving his widow, then her name should be stated in the legal heirs column and file her consent. Furthermore, petitioner to produce the original petition on the next scheduled date. Hence, adjourned.
