1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that department has not send the Will for translation and he is ready to pay the necessary charges in this regard. Office is directed to send the copy of the Will upon receipt of the praecipe by the Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner within three days.

2. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner may point out this order to the respective office person for compliance.

3. Petitioner to correct the dates in administration bond and re-upload the same. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by the petitioner, surety and notary.

4. Petitioner to ensure that Rule 383 of the Bombay High Court ( O. S.) Rules, 1980 are complied with, in respect of the additions in the Will. Hence, adjourned.
