This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Simon Harold Attwood being step grandson of deceased. Deceased namely Sybil Beatrice Hughes alias Sibyl Beatrice Mitchell said to be died intestate at Dinapore, Bengal India in the year 1939. Copy of burial certificate is file through e-filing and same is on record. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that details of legal heirs of deceased has given in para Nos. 4 to 8 of the petition. Deceased was survived by step grandson and step granddaughter and sister's daughter-in-law. Out of them step grandson is petitioner herein and remaining step granddaughter and sister's daughter-in-law have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice and Administration Bond are filed. Delay is explained in para No. 11 of the petition. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
