Sybil Beatrice Hughes alias Sibyl Beatrice Mitchell alias Sybil Hughes/Mitchell, , who is the 2nd wife of the grand father of the petitioner and petitioner is claiming the estate of the step grand mother as per the provision of Indian Succession Act 1925.
