Rules, 1980 and reupload the same. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by petitioner, surety and notary. Furthermore, surety in TP/3129/2024 and in this petition is same. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to explain that whether the surety is able to honour the amount stated in these two Administration Bonds or take steps accordingly. Petitioner to take steps.
