1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that by praecipe dated 29.01.2025 petitioner was allowed to amend the marital status of the son of the deceased. However, in order dated 29.01.2025, inadvertently marital status of the deceased has granted. Hence, same may be corrected.

2. Order clause no. 1 of the order dated 29.01.2025 is corrected and read as "Petitioner is permitted to amend the marital status of the son of the deceased".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 29.01.2025 will remain unchanged.
