1. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in para-No. 7 of the petition, incorrect amount or value of the properties, belonging to the deceased, has been mentioned which is required to be rectified by carrying out an amendment. He has stated that correct amount would be Rs.53,39,750.28/-

2. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Furthermore, within three days from the date of amendment.

3. Furthermore, office to verify that after carrying out an amendment, administration bond, which is furnished in the petition is correct. In case of, incorrect Administration Bond, the petitioner to take steps to for execution of administration bond for the gross amount by following the procedure in this regard so that bond will be accepted vide rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is out of India; hence, upon filing additional affidavit, confirming the amendment which is to be taken place, re-verification stands dispensed with, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to initial amendment.
