1. Department to file report about the Will and annexures therein. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that order was obtained on the praecipe. However, no such praecipe is found with the petition.

2.Petitioner to state about the legal heirs of the deceased as per the Section 08 to 13 particularly Class-I, Class-II, agnates and cognates, as the case may be, as per the provisions of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956.

3. Petitioner to correct the amount in the administration bond and file same for gross amount as per the form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court ( O. S.) Rules, 1980 and re-upload the same. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by the petitioner, surety and notary.

4. Petitioner to satisfy that property mentioned in the petition is subject matter of the Will.

5. Petitioner to file translation of the Will and death certificate of the deceased.
