1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 24.03.2025 along with draft of the amendment and thereby seeks permission to amend the petition by making an averment as per Section 15 (1) (c) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed.

2. Praecipe is allowed with condition that the petitioner to state and make details averment as per Sec. 15(1) (c) read with Sec. 8 to 13 r/w Rule-3 of Section 16 of the Hindu Succession Act 1956.
