This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Kavita Jivan Parmar being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Jivanbhai Arjunbhai Parmar died intestate at Mumbai on 14.11.1994. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 26.10.2024 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and one son. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and the son has given his consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 14.04.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
