The petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 18.06.2025 stating that the original Petition has been misplaced and the said Affidavit separately uploaded on the official portal of the Bombay High Court.

2. Petitioner has submitted the certified copy of the present petition for the purpose of reconstruction as the original petition was e-filed.

3. In view of the above, as per Practice Note No. 47 dated 27.11.2015, the petition required to be reconstructed. The copy tendered as certified copy of petition is accepted as the original Petition hence, office to make necessary endorsement on the photocopy of certified copy of the petition as the original copy and all the future amendment to be carried out on the said photocopy of certified copy of petition.
