TP/3684/2024 (E-filing) Mr. Anthony Fernandes i/b. Md. Mahmood Ali, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Kokila Rajnikant Makwana being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Rajnikant Chagan Makwana died intestate at Mumbai on 27.11.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copies of Aadhaar Card and Pancard are already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, one son and two daughters. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and the son and two daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 17.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
