1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner shown the order dated 23.07.2024, it is photocopy of the original order without seal. Upon query Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that it has been given by the department. Hence, Ld. Advocate to name the person who gave this copy, otherwise, matter will be listed before Hon'ble Court as per the Testamentary manual due to obtaining the unauthorized the copy of the order. Ld. Advocate for the submits that her clerk namely Jivane has given the copy of the order.

2. Upon perusal of the Ld. Advocates copy, it appears that not only one order but there are several photocopies of the original orders which are passed on 16.01.2024, 08.01.2024, 23.10.2023, 12.10.2023, 06.02.2023, photocopy of praecipe dated 18.07.2024 which is countersigned by the undersigned officer.

3. Shri. Noorali Jivani, a clerk, appeared and argued that it is his personal file and he require the files and therefore, he took the photocopies of the file. Said clerk is a registered clerk of Ld. Advocate Shri. R. A. K. Najam -Es- Sani and not for the Ld. Advocate Sangeeta Salvi.

4. Photocopies of the all the above referred orders from the Ld. Advocate's file are taken on record and kept along with this order. Hence, adjourned.
