1. In order dated 20.02.2025, date of death of the deceased is mentioned as 02.04.2021 instead of 28.04.2021. Hence, date of death of the deceased in order dated 20.02.2025 is corrected and read as "28.04.2021".

2. Furthermore, in paragraph No.2 of the said Order, following observation to be added, that - "The petitioner submitted that upon the death of the deceased, one of the legal heirs, namely Shamsha Suleman Hooda had presented a petition for grant of letters of administration of properties left by the deceased vide TP No. 2586/2021. However, before administering properties, he died. Therefore, vide Sc. 259 of the IS Act, the present petitioner being another legal heir of the said deceased, to whom the earlier grant could have been granted, presented this DeBonis-Non petition for grant of the Letters of Administration. Hence, the petition is maintainable."

3. In order clause No.1, after Letters of administration, words "(De-Bonis-Non)" to be added.

4. It is made clear that rest of order the deceased 20.02.2025 will remain as it is.

5. Removed from the board.
